TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2025 YTÜ DAVUTPAŞA CAMPUS CONVENTION CENTER
Dear Graduates, We look forward to seeing you at our Graduation Ceremony on Tuesday, July 1. In this document, you can find all the necessary information about the ceremony and view the program.
Gown Distribution:
• Gowns will be available for pickup at the Yıldız Store on the YTÜ Davutpaşa Campus starting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2025.
• Gown distribution will continue until the day of the graduation ceremony.
• The gown rental fee is 350 TL, which will be collected from students at the time of pickup. A 200 TL deposit will also be required upon pickup.
• At the end of the ceremony, the gown, cap, and sash set must be returned to the point of pickup.
• The cost to purchase a gown is 950 TL, and this fee will be collected from students at the time of gown pickup.
Parking:
Designated areas within the campus and around the Convention Center may be used for parking.
Food and Beverages:
Cafes and restaurants on campus will be open throughout the day of the ceremony.
Photography:
Photography areas specially set up for the graduation ceremony have been established around the ceremony venue.
NOTE: A shuttle service will run continuously throughout the day.
Auditorium Seating Arrangement:
The first four rows in the auditorium are reserved for dignitaries.
We kindly ask our guests to cooperate with the staff regarding the seating arrangement.
