  1. Individuals, institutions, and organizations wishing to receive services under the working capital budget submit their requests to the dean’s office.

  2. The process is initiated by the designated staff.

  3. The relevant request is forwarded by the Dean’s Office to the appropriate department.

  4. The service fee is determined in consultation with the individual or committee responsible for providing the requested service and submitted to the Faculty Administrative Board.

  5. If deemed appropriate by the Faculty Administrative Board, a decision to assign the task is made.

  6. Once the work is completed, a report is prepared and sent to the Dean’s Office along with a receipt confirming that the service fee has been paid into the revolving fund account.

  7. Reports approved by the Dean’s Office are delivered to the relevant parties and to the staff at the Dean’s Office for archiving.

  8. In the next step, the Faculty Administrative Board’s decision regarding revenue distribution is forwarded to the Revolving Fund Management Directorate, and payments are made to the faculty members who performed the work.
